Somatic Body Mapping Retreat
Our spring mini Body Mapping Retreat will be taking place on Saturday 30th April 2022.

This intimate, peaceful and embodied retreat will be at The Yurt In The City, in Cardiff UK. There are 4 spaces and will be from 10am - 12pm.
​
Through holistic and alternative wellbeing practises you will be guided to reconnect with your self and your emotions, your needs in that moment and to begin your own body map.

Dance From Within
Dance From Within in a monthly offering for 1.5 hours, on the last Wednesday of the month. These sessions are currently online, however with enough interest these can also be offered in-person (seeing potentially two offerings a month).

Finding Your Inner Light
Finding Your Inner Light is a 30 - 40 minute session that is bespoke to your needs. In this session we can focus on whatever it is you wish and desire. It could be self massage, mindfulness movement, enjoying flowers and essential oil, or thinking about what you would like to work towards etc, the skies the limit.
